Dale Baugh

Executive Director

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Dale is currently the Executive Director of an organization which he founded to improve the lives of others particularly children. He brings a unique perspective and understanding to the area of mentoring. Over the course of his professional career, he has worked in seven different market sectors. He has spent time in education, information technology, state and local government, manufacturing, industrial sales and distribution, supply chain, and in the non-profit sector. Although tied together though common relationships of working with people, they all have very different market focuses.

A lifelong learner, he recently completed his master’s degree (MAT) Master of Arts in Teaching from Warner Pacific University (December 2022) with a focus in Elementary Education. Throughout his career he has received recognition and awards for his continual efforts to make the lives of those around him better. An avid sports fan, Dale still coaches’ basketball at Jefferson High School in Portland, OR, where he has been a part of six state Championship teams. Several of the players whom he has coached are still playing professionally.

Besides his involvement coaching, Dale has also developed and serves as the scholarship program director at his church, whose scholarships are funded by several longtime members of the congregation who have passed away for graduating high school seniors. For graduating students who are active in the youth programs and activities of the church. What started as one scholarship program has now grown into three scholarships for graduating high school students. Since the inception of these scholarships for graduating high school students, these scholarships have helped to assist the education of graduating students and have provided over $60,000 dollars since its inception.

He also served as the Director of Marketing & Customer Relations for a very successful educational software company. HOSTS (Help One Student to Succeed) which at one time have over 1,000 mentoring programs throughout the United States. One of his latest endeavors is InspireSuccess, which is focused on kindergarten through 5th grade students. One of the keys to his upbeat and energetic attitude is that “he tries to learn something new every day.”
